Awards season continues with the 2023 Critic's Choice Awards. The red carpet was brimming with A-list celebrities in jewels that continued the trends of the 2022 holiday season and that evolved from the direction we saw at the 80th Golden Globes Awards, which was held this past week. (See here) The Critic's Choice awards brought back more fun and alluring earrings—let the earring party continue!—statement necklaces and fingers full of rings. While diamonds still abound as the stars of the evening—there were more colored stones in all jewelry categories than we saw at the Globes.
