Two Los Angeles County scratchers players won $1 million playing Xtreme Multiplier. (Shutterstock) LOS ANGELES, CA – Two lucky lottery players are holding million-dollar lottery scratchers sold in Los Angeles County, the California Lottery announced this month. According to the state lottery, Varoujan Minasian scored $1 million playing Xtreme Multiplier. The winning ticket was sold at Fry's Hollywood Shell in Los Angeles. In Bell Gardens, Martin Canas also landed $1 million playing Xtreme Multiplier.
