Los Angeles, California — On August 18, 2023, around 6:57 a.m., Southeast Division uniformed officers responded to a radio call of a 'Possible assault with a deadly weapon suspect there now' armed with a gun in the alley to the rear of the 2100 block of East 103rd Street. When officers arrived at the location, they located the suspect, later identified as 25-year-old Urias Saucedo, standing in the alley. The officers stopped their police vehicle to investigate. As the officers exited the vehicle, Saucedo sat down and removed a handgun from his rear waistband.
