Wahoa! Where do I begin! Let's start with the room, horrible! The floor was dirty, stains of god knows what all over the walls, and there was literally a hole on the floor! Customer service, exceptionally horrible!!! Right after I checked in and saw the room, I came down and told them there was no way I would spend the three nights I had originally booked there. They told me only "the manager" could help me cancel the reservation (with an extremely rude tone!). Half an hour later, I found myself in downtown LA at 1AM looking for another hotel. "The manager", after many calls over a period of one week, I was finally able to get a hold of the manager. Her immediate response was "no refund". After many back-and-forth, she said she could only refund one of the three nights (and she hung up the phone!). The neighborhood is super sketch as well. Bottom line, save yourself some hustle and peace of mind and DO NOT stay in this hotel.
