I would have this place do simple work, but wouldn't count on them to use their brains in the process. These guys are able to replace parts and do the work to spec, however this is not the place to go for diagnostic. The location is convenient, the service is friendly, the communication is hit and miss, and the diagnostic skills are poor. I brought in a new to me used truck for an inspection and an alignment job, and they gave the truck a clean bill of health and did the alignment but the alignment was still pulling hard to the right. A few months later the engine and transmission both needed replaced, as well as the front suspension and steering components. All of this should have been noticed in the inspection and alignment process. We brought in an old car for a diagnostic and they fixed it without authorization, which cost more than the old car was worth. They were nice and dropped the charges for the unauthorized work, but it was a foolish move on their part. We brought in a work truck for a list of what needed attention, and instead of looking at the truck, they simply printed out a list of all the maintenance needed at the mileage on the truck, without seeing if the work had been done or not, and then charged us $200 for the inspection. The list amounted to greater than the value of the truck, and was mostly comprised of things that had either already been done or were completely unnecessary. In a nutshell, this place is somewhere to have work done when you know exactly what needs done but don't have time to do it yourself, and don't have time to bring it somewhere with better service but a less convenient location.
