I set up an appointment to come at this branch so my mom could get some help about her new replacement phone. The one who was talking to us named Sergio was so rude. He didnt bother sitting us on the vacant table and just started talking about the phone. When we were asking him questions, he just kept saying I dont know, I dont know. He didnt even check my mom's info on the computer so she could be assisted properly. And when we told him we'd like to purchase some accessories for the new phone, he said they dont have it. I asked where could we purchase it instead, he just kept saying there are no available parts in any att store anymore. He was saying all that without even bothering to check on the computer for other branch that we could go to. I said could he even at least recommend a place where we could go to as it was ATT who replaced my mom's phone with a different kind of phone that she is not used to. He finally answered me with a certain ATT place after I told him how bad his customer service is. It was really horrible. Then he started entertaining other customer when he wasn't even finished with helping my mom on her phone. I set up an appointment so that we dont have to wait long and that we get the help my mom needed but this Sergio guy made us feel left out in the dark.

Recently called them in regards to a job.They were really vague and shady.The rude jerk I was speaking to first gave me all the info said I sounded like a good candidate to come in for an interview. But when I started inquiring about the job he got sketchy and said :you know what I'm going to ask you to lose our address and not come in.he gave me the biggest creeps ever.His name was BEN.He had a very scary attitude :-(
